Right now with everything that I have been feeling this is the thought that came to me while running today. “Coherency is Overrated!” I burst out laughing and then continued to ponder that thought. And guess what….I don’t even know what I meant when I thought it. So I think this tells me something? Not sure what though? So I looked up coherency just so I could get a deeper feel for the word: Logical interconnection; overall sense or understandability. Congruity; consistency.
OK so now what? I have a deeper meaning for the word that popped into my head and made me laugh out loud or LOL. When did LOL change to laugh out loud instead of Lot’s of Love?Is this being coherent? I am following the interconnectedness of these thoughts.
Well, I hope you are having a joyous Sunday! I am! I went to the Center for Spiritual Living (Unitarian Church) this morning to see/hear a lecturer named Michael Mirdad (from Sedona, AZ) www.GrailProductions.com. The theme was A Celebration of Life–“A Return to Love”. I have heard him speak before and was thrilled when I saw he was going to be in Ft. Lauderdale again. This lecture was fun, simply profound and exactly what I needed in the moment. So once again, the Universe has provided exactly what I needed in the moment.
I am still in a bit of turmoil over the stresses that have been occurring in my recent experience. However, as I sat and listened to this lecture and participated in a beautiful meditation I was brought back to: All Truly is Well! I still feel the unsettled feelings of yesterday but now they are a bit more coherent. AH! There it is —Full Circle!
