I find that sometimes I evaluate myself because when I re-read my blog posts some of them seem so serious. And then I laugh to myself because I am silly, fun loving and laugh a lot.

I have a theory about our human conditioning.                                                                                                                      “Our human conditioning is set up to be judgmental. However, it is what we do with these judgments that will either give them form and direction or stop them in their tracks.”

At times I drop into evaluating and a bit of judgment about my “sounding serious” in my writing. I watched this rise and then I laughed and said to myself “You know how much you love humor so maybe you would want to write more from that place?” Then I asked myself “Who’s voice is this anyway?”  It’s an outside voice trying to get my attention and distract me from my present moment self.  I am listening to the internal dialogue that we all have going on in our awake state. This gives me an opportunity to go deeper and again ask myself “Who’s voice do you think this is?” It is definitely an internal voice from the past that was any authority figure in my life. It’s any other voice but your own/my own! This is part of a process called learning to differentiate. This is something that can be done on a daily basis by slowing down and sinking into yourself to discover why you are doing the things you do. Once you are in contact with this information you can bring yourself forward to “set the record straight in present time.” I call this part “updating our internal files”.

So I have this writing part of me that shows up with intensity and daily deep dives. Oh-Well~~~Present moment Me really likes this part of myself. History can say something else but because of this process it doesn’t have a hold on me.

I have now publicly updated my files! And this doesn’t mean it won’t happen again or that I won’t write about it again or revisit it again because who knows what the next moment will bring?

~I am choosing to view this as a part of my humanness and have Fun with it! ~
